Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets 65 ml Trascastillo olive oil 1 or 2 heads of garlic 1 avocado ready to eat Parsley to taste 3 lemons Salt and pepper to taste Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon, making sure to coat it evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked. Garnish with lemon slices and a fresh touch of avocado before serving.
