Salmón al Horno con Toque Fresco de Aguacate

Baked Salmon with a Fresh Touch of Avocado

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 65 ml Trascastillo olive oil
  • 1 or 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 avocado ready to eat
  • Parsley to taste
  • 3 lemons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the salmon, making sure to coat it evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and a fresh touch of avocado before serving.
